Termes et conditions
1- TARIFS:
De 1000$/WE à 2000$/Semaine selon saison. (Prix de base établi pour location de 8 personnes (sauf OCT/NOV/DEC 10 pers & Noel 18 pers).10 % par personne additionnelle ( Max de 20 personnes )
Location 2 jours et 5 jours disponibles certaines périodes.
Pour périodes des fêtes, relache, feriés, etc.. un minimum de personnes (14 ou 16) peut etre requis.
2- SÉJOURS :
2 jours: Vendredi 17h00 au Dimanche 12h00
5 jours: Dimanche 17h00 au Vendredi 12h00
7 jours: Vendredi 17h00 au Vendredi 12h00
3- RÉSERVATION:
50 % non remboursable requis pour assurer la Reservation.
50 % requis 1 mois avant la location.
4- DÉPOT DE SÉCURITÉ :
Requis 1 mois avant la location. Remis après vérification et inventaire des lieux si respect des conditions de locations (Occupations, sécurité..).
5- NETTOYAGE/DÉCHETS :
Merci de retourner le chalet dans létat initial. Le cas contraire, des frais seront retenus. Les déchets doivent être ramassés et déposés dans la boite extérieure.
1- TARIFFS:
$1000 we to $2000/week, according to the season. (basic price is for the rent of 8 persons (Excluded Nov/Oct/Dec 10 pers & Christmas 18). 10 % per additional pers. (max. 20 pers.)
Rent of 2/5 nights available at certain periods.
For holidays, School break, feasts, Construction, etc..a minimum number of persons (14 or 16) may be requested.
2- STAYS:
2 nights: Frid 5:00 p.m. to Sund 12:00 p.m.
5 nights: Sund. 5:00 p.m. to Frid 12:00 p.m.
7 nights: Frid 5:00 p.m. to Frid 12:00 p.m.
3- BOOKING: 50 % non refundable required to ensure the reservation.
50 % is necessary one month before booking.
4- SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Being a necessary amount by way of security deposit one month before the renting.
This amount is given back after checking that everything is in good order, as well as inventory and that conditions of the rent have been respected (occupation & security).
5- CLEANING/WASTE:
We appreciate your handing over the cottage in its initial state. In case of the contrary, additional charges applicable. Waste must be collected and deposited in the box placed outside.
